How to Mark a Route as no Longer Used
Deliveries > Managing Routes > How to Mark a Route as no Longer Used

If you no longer want a route to be used, you will need to mark it as in-active. Due to historical data it's not possible to delete a route.

You can only mark a route inactive if it has no sites or upcoming delivery events allocated to it.

To mark a route as inactive

  1. On the Home page, choose Deliveries then Scheduling
  2. Click on the Routes Tab
  3. Using the search window find the route to mark as inactive
  4. Under the Sites column you can see if there are any allocated sites to this route
  5. Click Edit
  6. Untick the Active checkbox
  7. Choose Save

You're route will no longer be active, and not available to be allocated to a site.
